VEGAN PEANUT SALTED BALLS
FAVOURITE TYPE OF DESSERT, PALEO AND VEGAN
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 cup (150gr) of peanut flour or almond
- 4 tbsp of maple syrup (or any other options of sweetener)
- 1 tsp of salt
- one half of chocolate bar
- 2 tsp of coconut oil


For the first, mix flour and salt together. Then add some soft and warm (not melted) coconut oil, and maple syrup or honey if are not vegan. Mix again. Make a balls and put in the freeze for 10 minutes, then melt in microwave chocolate with coconut oil for a good glaze. Leave again, but only in the fridge.
Topped with salt flakes and enjoy!
PALEO PUMPKIN PIE MUG CAKE
GLUTEN FREE, SUGAR FREE, DAIRY FREE, KETO AND SO EASY TO MAKE
INGREDIENTS :
- 1/3 cup (90-100gr) of pumpkin puree
- 1 egg or 2 tsp of flaxseed
- 3 tbsp of almond flour
- 2 tbsp of coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tsp (full) pumpkin spice
- toppings which you want to use (i got peanut butter, oat milk ice cream)




Use a bowl where you will cook mug cake, for mixing the ingredients. First, mix pumpkin puree with one egg whisk them together. You can also use 2 tsp of ground flaxseed, for keep it vegan. In a pumpkiny eggy mixture add the spices, mix and put the flour and baking powder. And of course look by ears, if you have very thick pumpkin puree add some water or plant milk. Mix again and put the mixture into the microwave, i put mine for 2 minutes and i got amazing fluffy and in the same time spongy consistence. Look by ears again, because i love keep my mug cake a bit sokky!
Top it and add some funky ice cream on top, to make real "pumpkin pie"!

HEALTHY CINNAMON PUMPKIN SPICE DONUTS
VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE, REFINED SUGAR FREE GLAZED DONUTS
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 ripe banana, or apple puree, pumpkin puree (80gr)
- 1 cup (200gr) of gluten free flour, or oat flour, whole wheat, white
- 2 tsp of flaxseed, mixed with 6 tsp of water to make vegan "egg" replacer
- 2 tbsp of coconut oil
- 1 tsp of cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice (mixed cloves, cardamon, ginger)
- splash of vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1- 2 tbsp of coconut or cane sugar
- 3 tbsp of water or plant vegan milk
- 1 tsp of baking powder
GLAZE
- 5 tbsp of powdered sugar
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- nuts or seeds for decoration
- plant milk 1 full tbsp



Mix flour with spices, baking powder. For wet ingredients get vegan or regular egg, mix with mashed banana or any other options which i wrote above, melt the coconut oil in a microwave, add sugar, vanilla extract. Combine two mixtures together, mix, after it you may start putting the batter to the donut pan.
Preheat the oven to 190*C and bake them for 30 minutes at least. While they will gonna be baking, let's make the glaze for our donuts. Mix powdered sugar with spices and add GRADUALLY milk, very important slowly, to get right texture, not to thick and not too liquid!
After the oven, let the donuts cool for 10-15 minutes, I KNOW you want to eat :) Dip each donut in a glaze, add crashed nuts, I got peanuts (salt)

HEALTHY GLUTEN FREE BANANA BREAD
MAKES WITH OAT FLOUR OR COCONUT, ALSO WITHOUT SUGAR

- 2 big ripe bananas
- 1 cup (200gr) of oat flour
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 2 tsp of cinnamon
- splash of vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1 whole egg
- seeds, nuts and dry ingredients optional.



Smashed bananas mix with egg and spices, if you want add some sweetener of your choice. In another one mix together flour and baking mixtures. Connect dry and liquid ingredients, put some toppings, and put in preheat oven 190*C for 20-25 minutes!
i love to eat leftovers in the bowl with yogurt and toppings!
VEGAN AND GLUTEN FREE BLONDIES
MADE WITH BUCKWHEAT FLOUR
VERY EASY AND TASTY BANANA BLONDIE WITH BUCKWHEAT FLOUR AND HIGH OF PROTEIN
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 cup (200gr) of buckwheat flour
- 1/3 (80gr) cup of brown rice flour
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 can of apple sause (for kids)
- 2 tbsp of coconut softened oil
- 4 tbsp or less coconut sugar
- 2 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- some runny peanut butter for eating



In a mixing bowl mix some flour, baking powder and cinnamon. In another add coconut oil, sugar, bananas and apple sause too, mix all together. Combine two mixtures again, then shift in a pan and take it off in a preheat oven to 190*C for 20-30 minutes. Before baking sprinkling with some coconut sugar, cinnamon.
Eat (as I love it) with runny peanut butter and banana slices too!
COCONUT FLOUR COOKIES
ONLY THREE INGREDIENTS AND FINALLY TASTY COOKIES
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 cup (150gr) of coconut flour
- 2 ripe bananas
- splash of vanilla extract
- some agave syrup if you want more sweet



Everything is easy, mash two bananas, ( i use overripe ) then add coconut flour and some vanilla. Before baking if you want you can top with some chocolate chips. Bake in heat 180*C for 10 minutes.

GRAIN FREE AND HIGH OF PROTEIN
BLACK BEANS BROWNIE
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 can of black beans
- 2 tsp of coconut oil
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp of cacao powder
- 1 whole egg
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1 ripe banana
- gluten free chocolate chips
- some nuts or peanut butter if you want



In a blender mix beans, egg, and banana until smooth consistent. Then add some coconut sugar or any different type of sweetener, coconut oil (melted). Some cacao powder and baking powder. As you can see you musn't use flour here or any types of nuts! Before baking add chocolate chips and chopped nuts if you want it. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheat oven to 190*C.
Serve with some ice cream or cappucino!

ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE MUFFINS
GLUTEN FREE, PALEO AND REFINED SUGAR FREE PASTRIES
INGREDIENTS :
- 2 big ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup of grated zucchini (with pressed juice)
- 1/3 cup (80gr) of gluten-free flour (or any others option, whole-wheat, rice)
- 1/3 cup (80gr) of almond flour (as i said you can sub this flour)
- 3 tbsp of coconut flour
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- pinch of salt
- splash of vanilla extract
- 3 tsp of coconut oil
-1 large egg (or 2 small eggs)
- 3 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp of coconut sugar (you can avoid sugar because we have bananas)
- handful of chocolate chips (optional)



First of all, you can use regular white flour, or whole-wheat or rice as I said before. So, then you'll need just use 1 full cup (150gr) of flour of your choice!
Preheat the oven to 190*C
Grate the zucchini, press the juice to make it dryer. In a mixing bowl, mash two bananas. Melt some coconut oil and add sugar to bananas puree. Mix again. In another bowl mix flour, or all the types of flour like in my version, add baking powder, salt and cocoa powder. Into banana mixture add grated zucchini and after those ways you can gradually transfer mixture of flour into the bowl with wet ingredients.
After mixing you can put batter into the shapes for muffins. You can also use paper cups.
Add some chocolate chips on top and bake them for 20-35 minutes. I was baking them for an hour cause of my oven! Your i hope will work better!
Serve with some peanut butter

PEANUT BANANA BREAD COOKIES
EASY AND QUICK IDEA HOW TO SAFE YOUR BANANAS
INGREDIENTS :
- 1/2 cup (100gr) of peanut flour
- 1/2 cup (100gr) of rolled oats
- 3 tbsp of oat flour
- 2 ripe banana
- 1 flax egg (2 tsp of ground flax seed and 6 tsp of water)
- 2 tsp of coconut oil
- 1 tbsp of coconut sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- some dark chocolate (if you want some drizzle on top)



For the first mix all together your wet ingredients with mashed bananas, add some previously soaked egg and sugar with softened oil. Then mix your dry ingredients together and combine this all too. Preheat your oven to 180*C and bake them for 8-10 minutes, until crispy outside and fudgey inside of them. Add some drizzle of chocolate and some salt flakes on top!

PEANUT TRAIL MIX BARS WITH CHOCOLATE
PALEO AND DAIRY FREE
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 cup (150gr) of peanut flour (you may also use oat flour, whole-wheat, almond, rice)
- 3 medium bananas or 2 big
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1 egg or 2 tsp flaxseed plus 6 tsp of water and leave for 10 minutes
- splash of vanilla extract
- 1/3 tsp of salt
- chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
- salted peanuts or drizzle of peanut butter
- coconut flakes (optional)




Mix in first bowl dry ingredients like; peanut flour, baking powder, salt. In another bowl mash bananas, crack one egg or you can make vegan "egg". Mix again, add some vanilla extract and some peanut butter if you want for extra flavour. Spread the pan with some coconut oil and transfer the batter thereб flat batter around the pan. Add all of the toppings, for crunchy texture. Preheat the oven and bake it for 20 minutes. I made my them like bars, thin, so I baked them for 15 minutes. Look by ears!
After baking leave it cool, add drizzle of melted chocolate, will taste like snickers dough bars!

WITH CRUMBLES AND RASPBERRY
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 cup of whole-wheat or gluten free flour
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar (optional)
- 2 flax "eggs" (optional)
- 3 tbsp of coconut oil
- 1 tbsp of coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 1 full tsp of cinnamon
- handful or more of raspberries



Preheat the oven to 180*C. Mix wet ingredients like flour and spices and baking powder and soda. In another bowl mix melted coconut oil with flax "eggs" and sugar. Pour to the batter raspberries and mix well again! Transfer to the baking forms and bake in the oven for a 20-25 minutes.
Eat with coconut or almond butter!

THE BEST CHERRY CHOCOLATE BROWNIE IN MY LIFE
GLUTEN FREE, VEGAN AND PALEO (OPTIONAL)
INGREDIENTS :
- 1/4 cup (60gr) of apple sauce (or 2 flax eggs, or two regular eggs)
- 1/3 cup (80gr) of coconut sugar
- 3 tbsp of coconut oil
- 1/2 cup (120gr) of gluten-free flour (almond 1/2 cup+2 tbsp of coconut flour)
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 3 tbsp of rich cocoa powder
- handful of dark chocolate chips or just chopped chocolate
- frozen or fresh cherries (chopped)




In a mixing bowl mix apple sauce with melted coconut oil and sugar. In another bowl combine flour with baking powder and cocoa powder. Mix two mixtures. Spread the baking pan with coconut oil and transfer batter into this. On top add some chocolate chips and chopped cherries!
Preheat the oven to 190*C. Bake the brownies for 20 minutes! Look after them to make them fudgy inside.
Serve with scoop of ice cream! :)
HEALTHY SUGAR FREE PEANUT BUTTER CUPS
ONLY TWO INGREDIENT AND PALEO, GLUTEN FREE DESSERT
INGREDIENTS :
- 3 tsp of peanut butter (i love crunchy)
- 1/4 of chocolate bar or chocolate chips
- some salt or sweetener (as you want)
- 1 tsp of coconut oil



Everything is easy peasy, lemon squizy! Melt chocolate with oil, then shift some chocolate = peanut butter = chocolate again and sprinkle of salt. Freeze for an hour and eat with coffee especially black!

PALEO, VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE AND SUGAR FREE
HEALTHY SNICKERDOODLE COOKIES
GLUTEN FREE AND PALEO VERSIONS
INGREDIENTS :
- 1/3 cup (80gr) of amaranth flour
- 1/3 cup (80gr) of brown rice flour (almond flour)
- 2 tbsp of coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp od baking powder
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp of butter or ghee oil (coconut oil)
- 1/4 cup of cane sugar (maple syrup)
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- pinch of salt



In a bowl melt butter, add sugar and mix this all together, until sugar became caramel. Add pinch of salt and cinnamon. Crack one egg and mix again. Gradually add two types of flour and baking powder in the end.
You can sub cane sugar for usual white and use whole-wheat or regular flour for cookies!
Preheat the oven to 190*C. Make a little balls and push them, but not too thin to make them fudgy inside!
Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes.

BANANA BLONDIE WHICH MAKES ME FEEL BETTER
PALEO AND VEGAN RECIPE WITH NUT-FREE OPTION
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 cup (190gr) of almond flour
- 1/2 (100gr) cup of coconut flour
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 3 ripe bananas
- 4 tbsp of coconut oil
- flax "egg" (2 tbsp of flaxseed and 4 tbsp of water) you can also use usual egg
- 2 tbsp of coconut sugar
- splash of vanilla extract
- chocolate chips and nuts






For the first part, mix dry ingredients together, flours and baking powder. In another bowl combine three bananas, flax egg, vanilla extract, coconut sugar and oil. Gradually add flour mixture and mix together until you won't see any lumps in the dough. Preheat the oven to 190*C and spread the baking shit with some coconut oil, too! Transfer the mixture and add some toppings which you completely want.
Bake for 20 minutes or less, for fudgy inside and crispy outside!
Eat with peanut butter ))))
VEGAN BANANA PEACH MUFFINS
GLUTEN FREE, SUGAR FREE AND PALEO
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup (100gr) of coconut flour
- 1 cup (150gr) of rice flour
- or you can take just 2 cups of whole-wheat, self-raising flour
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 flax "egg" (or 1 regular egg)
- 1 peach
- 2 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of coconut sugar (optional)
- 1/4 cup (70ml) of plant milk




Preheat the oven to 180*C. Blend together 2 flax eggs, 3 ripe mashed bananas, some sugar and some almond milk. In another mixing bowl mix together all dry ingredients. Combine two mixtures, add some nuts or fruits inside if you want. Bake them in for 20-30 minutes. After baking add some chocolate drizzle on top!

OAT CHOCOLATE BARS
CONTAINS SIMPLE INGREDIENTS AND EASY TO MAKE
INGREDIENTS :
- 2 cups (200gr) of rolled oats
- 3 tbsp of coconut oil
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 flax "egg"
- 2 tbsp (or more) any syrup of your choice
- any toppings as you want ( i used sugar free chocolate, coconut flakes and cashew nuts)
- pinch of salt
- splash of vanilla extract





For the first mix oats with dry toppings, then mash the banana and gradually pour any other ingredients. Make your flax egg and leave for 3 minutes for soaking! Combine two mixtures again, then chop your crunchy ingredients and add the too. Preheat your oven to 190*C and bake for 15-20or less minutes.
Eat with peanut or cashew butter, (it's my secret way)
DOUBLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES
GRAIN FREE AND GLUTEN FREE, ALSO CAN BE PALEO

INGREDIENTS :
- 2 cups (250gr) of chickpea flour
- 1 whole egg
- 1/4 cup (70ml) of almond milk (if it would too thick)
- 1 stick (80gr) of butter or coconut oil (paleo)
- 1/3 cup (80gr) of cane or coconut sugar
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 3 tbsp of cocoa powder
- chocolate chunks or chips
- flakes of sea salt on top



Preheat your oven to 180*C. First in a mixing bowl combine dry ingredients. Melt your butter in the microwave. Mix with sugar and after crack one egg! Gradually add some mixture of dry ingredients and mix until it's thick and won't stick to your hands. If the consistency of the dough will too thick, you can pour some almond milk. Form the cookies whatever shape you want. Sprinkle with some salt before bake and bake the cookies for 7 minutes in a preheated oven! They must be fudgy inside and crispy outside :)
